Phew what a terrible experience, both when trying to arrange a second viewing and again when wanting to put in an offer on a property! The 2 ladies that I dealt with were incredablly rude and offhand. I am not an argumentative person by nature and speak to folk how I would wish to be spoken to. However the attitude of their office staff (one I believe is the Director!!) was very trying when I was trying to put in an offer and I even had the phone put down on me.
It was a relief to read other reviews from people who had had just as bad or worse experience as mine. I feel sorry for those who are trying to sell their properties on this site as many potential sales have likely been put off!
I will never ever use eMove ever again, absolutely useless and completely cheated me of my money. I was told regularly about viewings that would happen at my property, I requested Beth to take upon these viewings as I couldn't make it also my property that I was selling wasn't where I was living and was very far to my house because of this Beth agreed to do my viewings. Apparently, I had loads of viewings but never heard anything back. I started to get fed up so when Beth told me she was having a viewing, I wanted to see this viewing but I never told her I would visit. I waited at my property for 1 hour and Beth never turned up nor did any potential buyer. I phoned her up asking what happened and received nothing but abused.I recommend no one to use eMove.

I had the dubious pleasure of trying to book a viewing with the owner Beth Rodwell
Beth would benefit from attending an intensive course in customer services ,with some anger management thrown in ,as on phoning to make a viewing on a property ,when asking if I was through to an estate agent(as she answered the phone by screeching "ello") was subjected to a large amount of abuse ending with her slamming the phone down
I feel very sorry for the people employing her to sell their house,as she is clearly turning away viewings!
I thought maybe she was just having a very bad day but on reading other reviews it would appear I am not alone
The owner and sole employee BETH RODWELL does not understand customer service and the whole business is "not fit for purpose". I'm all for saving money and using an online estate agent is a good idea however when the agent does not work in the interest of selling a property and doesn't call back potential buyers there is a clear conflict of interest. If the agent does not sell your house it does not matter to them and if anything they could potentially gain another years selling subscription. The Property Ombudsmans has awarded us compensation due to the false promises from the agent. Ps. ALL AGENT REVIEWS that are positive have CLEARLY been written by BETH herself!! The owner and only employee is absolutely useless. She's upset potential buyers and doesn't call them back as she's promised. She is rude and has no people skills WHATSOEVER! Avoid eMove UK like the plague. I went with the company because it seemed a good deal and cheaper than going with a high street estate agent. However the amount of problems I've had with this woman is beyond a joke. What made me laugh the most was that she made up things for our house description. Oh and the phone number for potential buyers is an 0844 number and not a local rate, I'll end with just avoid!!
I have dealt with this company as a prospective buyer and I cannot believe the poor service I have received.
After complaining about them not responding to my emails I received an extremely rude email saying "I don't think there is a need for your attitude" then the following email said I was "throwing my toys out of the pram." This is certainly not a sign professional company.
A "sorry for my late reply." would have been sufficient and restored my faith in an inefficient company.
I was then was informed that these emails were actually sent by the director of the company.
I am in shock! Steer well clear!
