Please avoid this branch of Gibbs Gillespie. We went with them because they have a charming sales person and lots of branches around Harrow and they were happy for us to pay fully managed. But they are useless at finding responsible tenants, or calling back. We asked for fully managed, rent guarantee, and legal protection. We asked for tenants who did not smoke and who did not have any pets. The first 8 weeks they found people who could not be rent guaranteed. We put the rent down further, and they would not return our calls. They got someone through the credit checks who then damaged our property, does not pay on time, smokes and has a pet roaming through the house. They did not pick this up, our neighbour and contractor did and it is when we chase the agent for our rent that they chase the tenant - they have never pro-actively chased the tenant when the tenant does not pay on time. We have sent an eviction notice. Now they have found people who cannot be insured and we cannot have legal protection for! They have been stressing us and wasting our time.
