If I could go back in time and never use IMS Lettings, I would do that in a flash. They have been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Ridiculously high deposit required (tried to get two month's rent out of us, eventually settled for just over 1.5 month's rent). When we moved in the place was filthy, and a window was broken, despite them assuring us a full clean and window replacement would be done before we moved in. After our 6 month lease was up, we hastily gave our month's notice and left. We were then bombarded with calls about viewings, even after we had given our availability, and these requests were always outside of our availability. We then still received calls AFTER we'd handed the keys in, and received almost abuse on the phone when trying to explain that we didn't live there anymore. They're now trying to screw us out of some of our deposit for things that were wrong with the property when we moved in. I'm dealing with a very rude employee who is clearly trying to make some money for the landlord. Absolutely gutted - steer clear of this company unless you have time and money to waste.
