I called RB Estates for a free market appraisal. I was given time and all services were explained thoroughly. No one pushed me at any time and they promised to let my houise within 14 days to professional tenants.
Once all paperwork was done, they had viewing the next day and actually secured me fantastic tenants who moved in after all references and monies were taken.
Subsequently RB Estates paid me efficiently via e banking.
Wonderful and pleasant experience, fantastic staff, would always use of I have any vacant properties.
Over the years I have had many agents who always are pushy and fail to deliver.
