Even 1 star is too high.
despite a lower than market value price we had very few bookings scheduled and when they came, every viewer complained about Reeds Rains Dewsbury. Every single one.
They clock off early, are so badly managed it takes 2 weeks to make an appointment through them. they don't respond to emails and have no system for taking out of office calls or messages when the office is busy.
If you complain in any way, you will get abuse.
They don't know how to change the adverts - they had one of my houses photos upside down and it never got fixed.
If you are thinking of selling through them, avoid like the plague.
If you are already selling through them, would be quicker to take it off the market, wait the right time and re-advertise through a professional estate agent. they will not sell your house!
