We have been thoroughly delighted with the service from Victorstone.Through the whole procedure we have felt supported and well informed at all times.Loui sold this property on behalf of my frail elderly parents - not only did he do a highly professional job throughout, but he handled the situation with great sensitivity to their situation. This helped take a lot of the stress out of the sale and made things a lot easier. He was also really helpful in chasing things up as we went through the process, so that everything was in place for the day of the sale. Brilliant service, highly recommend!

As a long time resident of the area, I have come to rely on Victorstone for their expertise regarding the neighborhood. This is especially true of Deborah, who has on more than one occasion offered me invaluable advise when renting in the area. Any issues that have arisen over the years have been dealt with swiftly and promptly. It's a pleasure to say that his help extends beyond the “signing on the dotted line” stage. From the very beginning, Loui was top notch, knew his stuff and didn’t try to bamboozle with jargon and sales speak. He was honest about every aspect of the area and property whether good or bad. He is excellent to talk to and took the stress out of the entire last minute move. He was able to guide us to the area which we needed to be located at for access to our work, especially when we are not from London. At all times we felt as if Loui had our best interests as his top priority. His excellence in his field was equally matched and complimented by Cristina, working the front office. Her efficiency and professionalism in sorting out the paperwork, references etc, meant that our move from being shown the property to moving in took just days.
if we choose to rent again in the future, I would definitely use Loui and Cristina at Victorstone again.

Due to problems with our current tenancy agreement, we decided not to renew with our previous agency. After a thorough reccomendation from a friend we decided to try our luck with Victorstone. They were friendly and very professional. Victorstone were very active in locating myself and my family a new home to live in. I was on the phone to the agency on a regular basis with regards to viewings. They offered honest and reliable advice. Overall we are very pleased with Victorstone and think that have done a fantastic job! They were able to find us the perfect property according to our budget and housing requirements. My family and I would absolutly reccomend!
