1 stop letting shop was established in 2002 by Roberta Walters and Kimberley Richards, along with our helpful team we deliver a customer focused innovative approach to lettingand sales.

We currently operate from two offices. Our head office is in the center of Swansea at the bottom of Mount Pleasant hill and our second office is in Skewen. The location of our two offices gives us the ability to market throughout South Wales. We cover the M4 commuter corridor both east and west including the Swansea valleys andCarmarthenshire. Our offices offer a wide variety of properties and are ever increasing by the day.

We recognise that letting a property can be a challenging experience for both landlordsand tenants. However, both can enjoy the benefits of an unrivaled customer servicewith our â€˜Can Do’ approach.

We are fully aware of all legislation for residential and student (HMO) properties and we make it our business to keep up to date with their requirements.
