1st Class Lets - Information & Reviews

Avoid 1st Class Lets!

The staff are unhelpful and often rude. They continually say they will call you back but never do (when I called to ask why nobody had called me back I was told "she obviously doesn't want to speak to you" !!! :O ). Problems with the property which are reported to them are often ignored (we waited 3 months for someone to repair our washing machine). They are not contactable outside of office hours (including weekends) as their "emergency" number goes straight to voicemail. Furthermore they charged us an illegal admin fee at the start of our tenancy (we were unaware at the time that it was illegal) and now refuse to refund it resulting in us having to take them to court.

Luckily, we are no longer dealing with 1st Class Lets and are dealing directly with our Land Lady instead, but having spoken to her, she has nothing good to say about them either.

Save yourself a lot of hassle and don't even bother considering 1st Class Lets!
