Jackson and Co in Colchester have no reviews on the Internet as of yet apart from this one I have typed up. This agency is friendly and the people who work there have excellent telephone speaking skills and manners but that is where the good qualities end. Messages for the management department to call me back do not get passed on or are ignored by management. They do not keep their word on anything that they say they will do and then when they are later asked about, they deny they said it. When the letting side of the company take viewings, they haven't got any information of the house so are unable to answer any questions by prospective tenants. There is a great lack of initiative, communication and passion for helping people in this agency. Such a shame that a tenant has needed to end up feeling this way about them. I would recommend that you find another letting agency.
