Accepted our offer, insisted on a quick exchange, and then - once we had incurred survey, mortgage and legal fees - delayed on providing lease paperwork for 6 months, before re-marketing the property, only at a price that was 20% higher than previously agreed. The owners of Braithwait seem to think that because they developed, owned and represented this property, that somehow they can bully, cheat and swindle with impunity. Do not trust them, do not deal with them and do not bother entering into any conversations with them at all. Save your breath...
