Bairstow Eves - Washington - Information & Reviews

I put my house up for sale in June of 2011 in Washington Tyne & Wear where property is not moving. I chose Bairstow Eves as I had used them twice previously. The fees are a bit more expensive than other local agents however, I was getting the board in the garden, adverts in local newspaper every two weeks and it was on 11 websites, as well as in a prominent position in the shop window. I find the service from Bairstow Eves excellent, they keep in contact with you and update details and photographs as and when required. They suggested a price for my house and it sold within 10 weeks - for the asking price! First Class Service and attention to detail - the only problems I had were with potential buyers who made appointments and didn't keep them.
